Bridger Falkenstien and Jennifer Savage lead the Notice That clinical education platform, where they translate complex psychological frameworks into relatable professional development. As Licensed Professional Counselors and EMDRIA-approved consultants, they operate the Beyond Healing Center in Missouri, serving as a hub for their specialized training residencies. The duo recently introduced Enactment Focused Therapy, a new therapeutic framework that they debuted at the EMDRIA Annual Conference in Anaheim. Their work often features collaborations with industry figures such as Dr. Arielle Schwartz to explore the intersection of somatic integration and trauma-informed care. By prioritizing the relational aspect of the therapeutic bond over rigid adherence to the 8-phase protocol, they provide clinicians with a bridge between technical theory and human connection. This evidence-led approach is further detailed in their asynchronous EMDR Basic Training series, which emphasizes building creative confidence and somatic awareness in modern trauma recovery practices.
