Mary Jelkovsky transitioned from the competitive bikini modeling circuit to become a vocal advocate for body neutrality and holistic wellness. She hosts the Mary’s Cup of Tea Podcast, which has exceeded 300 episodes featuring expert guests like sexologist Shan Boodram and psychiatrist Dr. Ellen Vora to dismantle toxic diet culture. Her work facilitates deep dives into intuitive eating and the psychological hurdles of recovery, exemplified by her published workbook, The Gift of Self-Love. Most recently, she completed a custom renovation of her professional home studio to enhance the production of her long-form interview series. Her approach combines vulnerability with academic insights, such as her TEDx talk titled "How to Talk to the Worst Parts of Yourself," which applies the Internal Family Systems model to personal growth. Industry professionals often look to her as a leader in the anti-diet movement who facilitates global self-love retreats in locations such as Bali and France to bridge digital advocacy with offline support.
