No other signature has ever appeared alongside Jimmy and Eddie Russell's on a Wild Turkey bottle. However, when Matthew McConaughey joined as creative director, he presented the brand with a collaborative opportunity that drew on his Texas spirit and the Russells' Kentucky roots.

Co-creator McConaughey said: "We asked ourselves what if we put a Texas spin on Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and that curiosity led to the birth of Longbranch. Our curiosities allow us to turn our ‘what ifs' into ‘that's it."
