Wild Adventures theme park

Wild Adventures Theme Park is a family-friendly amusement destination located in Valdosta, Georgia. Founded in 1996, it has grown from a small petting zoo into a full-scale theme park featuring a mix of amusement rides, a water park, and animal experiences. The park includes six to eight roller coasters, numerous flat rides, and Splash Island, a large water park with exciting attractions like a 100-meter drop double slide.

Owned by Herschend Family Entertainment since 2007, Wild Adventures continues to expand and enhance its offerings. Guests can enjoy animal interactions at the petting zoo and safari-themed areas, as well as live entertainment, including concerts and seasonal festivals. The park also features the Safari Campground, providing unique lodging experiences within the animal habitats. Operating seasonally from March through December, Wild Adventures covers approximately 170 acres and serves as a significant regional attraction for families seeking a diverse adventure experience.
