Vibratech TVD heavy duty viscous dampers can be found as original equipment, or as an aftermarket upgrade, protecting business critical engine and drivetrain applications in the agriculture, defense, marine, oil & natural gas, off-highway, rail & mass transit, power generation, and trucking industries. Vibratech TVD viscous dampers are available through respective OEM channels, or if applicable, leading distributors and their dealer networks, or direct.
Vibratech TVD delivers custom solutions for torsional vibration issues. Since we (formally Houdaille) invented the original viscous fluid type torsional vibration damper in 1946, our engineers have partnered with leading powertrain divisions across multiple industries, including national defense contractors, to further product development and achieve quality results. Services include torsional vibration analysis, finite element analysis, CAD simulation, rapid prototyping, product testing and ISO 9001:2008 certified, state-of-the-art manufacturing.
