Modern Elder Academy

Modern Elder Academy (MEA) is the first midlife wisdom school, founded by Chip Conley. It empowers individuals aged 40 to 70 to view midlife as a time for growth and purpose. MEA offers science-backed workshops and programs that help participants navigate transitions, cultivate purpose, and own their wisdom.

The academy provides a range of services, including in-person workshops and sabbaticals at two beautiful campuses in Baja, Mexico, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. It also offers an eight-week online program and an alumni membership for ongoing community engagement. MEA is committed to inclusivity, with a scholarship program that supports socio-economic diversity, ensuring that over 50% of attendees receive financial aid.
