Jeffrey Modell Foundation

The Jeffrey Modell Foundation (JMF) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the diagnosis, treatment, and awareness of Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) diseases. Founded in 1987 by Vicki and Fred Modell in memory of their son Jeffrey, the Foundation aims to save lives and enhance the quality of life for patients through education, research, advocacy, and support.

JMF operates the Jeffrey Modell Centers Network, which includes over 900 expert physicians across more than 400 institutions worldwide. The Foundation provides educational programs for medical professionals and the public to promote early recognition and diagnosis of PI. It also supports genetic testing initiatives and organizes scientific symposia to advance research and treatment in the field. JMF's resources include access to expert immunologists, educational materials, and research funding for novel therapies. The primary beneficiaries of JMF's efforts are patients with PI disorders, their families, and medical professionals involved in their care.
