Dogfish Head Craft Brewery

Dogfish Head is a craft brewing company founded in 1995 by Sam and Mariah Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It started as America's smallest brewery and the first brewpub in Delaware, producing just 10 gallons of beer daily. Over the years, it has grown into one of the largest craft breweries in the U.S., producing around 15,000 gallons per day by 2018. In 2019, Dogfish Head was acquired by the Boston Beer Company.

The brewery is known for its innovative brewing methods and unique culinary ingredients. Signature beers like Midas Touch and Chicory Stout showcase their creative approach. Dogfish Head operates multiple brew houses in Delaware, a production brewery and distillery, a beer-themed hotel, and two restaurants.
