Booth Creek Wagyu

Booth Creek Wagyu is a Wagyu beef company located in Manhattan, Kansas, that manages the entire production process from genetics to retail. Founded in 2020 by Dave Dreiling, the company operates several entities, including Booth Creek Wagyu Ranch, Wagyu Feeders, and Meatworks of Kansas, ensuring complete oversight of their beef production.

The ranch covers 5,000 acres in the Flint Hills region, providing an ideal environment for raising Fullblood and F1 (American Wagyu) cattle. The cattle are pasture-raised and then moved to a specialized feeding program that optimizes their growth. After finishing, the cattle are processed at Meatworks of Kansas, a USDA-inspected facility dedicated to Wagyu beef. The butchers there are trained to provide unique cuts that enhance the quality of the beef.

Booth Creek Wagyu offers beef cuts graded at Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, with a focus on high marbling for rich flavor and tenderness. Approximately 95% of their beef grades above USDA Prime. The company emphasizes education and transparency, aiming to provide a farm-to-table experience with traceability and quality control throughout the production chain.
