Overview

TriHealth is a not-for-profit health care system based in Cincinnati, Ohio, established in 1995 through a partnership between Bethesda Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. The system includes four general hospitals—Bethesda North, Good Samaritan, Bethesda Butler, and McCullough-Hyde Memorial—and operates two free-standing emergency medical centers: Bethesda Arrow Springs and Good Samaritan Western Ridge.

TriHealth offers a wide range of services, including hospital care, physician practice management, fitness centers, occupational health, home health, and hospice care. It also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that supports over 200 companies with counseling and wellness services. With more than 130 sites of care, TriHealth focuses on prevention, wellness, and education to enhance community health. The organization employs over 13,000 staff members, including approximately 2,000 physicians and 1,600 volunteers, making it one of the largest employers in the greater Cincinnati area.
