Sobelman's Public Grill

Sobelmans has been a Milwaukee staple serving up the ultimate pub-and-grill experience in the Brew City since 1999. It started when current owners Dave and Melanie met at a restaurant in 1993 where Dave was dining and Melanie was a waitress. Six years and two daughters later, the owner of that very restaurant offered to sell the business. The couple, with high school degrees and no culinary experience, accepted the challenge, and so Soblemans was born.

Dave and Melanie aimed to provide customers the cleanest environment, friendliest service and most pleasant atmosphere possible. Their recipe for success worked.
