Hi, I'm Sarah and, in 2010 at the advice of a stranger, I traded New York City for a small town in Italy, obtained dual citizenship within two months, and have been living the expat / location independent dream ever since.

🎓 I'm a certified clarity and performance coach trained in the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition. As a student of Stoic philosophy, which is the foundation of modern cognitive behavioral therapy, I take an evidenced-based approach to coaching. This includes goal mapping and tracking and habit building that leads to long-lasting, transformational results. I earned my MFA in creative writing from Emerson and my BA in journalism and English from the University of Connecticut.
💼 Apple, Barclays, and the S&P 500 are a few of the brands I've worked with. In addition to coaching, I help clients with copywriting, communications strategy, brand story development, and podcast launching.
🎤 I developed and host two award-winning podcasts: LIVE Without Borders and Podcasting Step by Step. I also speak on stages. But in school, I was too shy to say anything. Seriously, I dropped out of spelling bees and all other competitions that put the spotlight on me. After graduating, I didn't speak up in work meetings, either.
🙌 These days I believe stretching out of our comfort zones is required to live a fulfilling, meaningful life. I practice Stoicism and the wisdom of the Enneagram for my own personal growth, and to help my coaching clients create radical change in their lives.
