Overview

Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) is a graduate institution established in 1966, dedicated to providing theological education rooted in the Reformed tradition. It serves students primarily from conservative Presbyterian and Reformed denominations, including the Presbyterian Church in America and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. RTS aims to glorify God and support the Church by offering accessible graduate education that prepares students for pastoral ministry.

With multiple campuses across the United States and internationally, including locations in Jackson, Orlando, Charlotte, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and São Paulo, Brazil, RTS emphasizes a biblically faithful curriculum. The seminary offers a variety of degree programs in theology and ministry, covering subjects such as church history, biblical studies, and pastoral theology. Governed by a board of trustees and led by Chancellor Ligon Duncan, RTS operates as a nonprofit organization and is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
