Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers

Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers was founded in 1958 by Bob Ramsey as B & J Manufacturing Jewelers, a manufacturer of custom jewelry for other jewelers. In 1972, Ramsey's Jewelers opened their first retail store on West Esplanade in Metairie. In 1980, Robert Ramsey and his sister Lori Ramsey took over the operations of Ramsey's and in 1993 moved the West Esplanade store to a much bigger location on Veterans Blvd. In 1998, they made the decision to focus only on diamonds and diamond jewelry. In 2016, a second location was opened in Harvey, on the Westbank of the Greater New Orleans Metro Area. In 2018, Ramsey's combined both locations to a bigger, better store at 701 Veterans Blvd in Metairie! Just up Veterans Blvd between Bonnabel Blvd and the Orleans parish line, across from Dorignac's food center. Ramsey's Metairie location is proud to be the largest diamond store in Louisiana!

Today, Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers focuses on diamonds and diamond jewelry and has the largest selection of engagement rings in Louisiana!
