Propane

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) is a nonprofit organization established by the U.S. Congress in 1996. It operates as an industry check-off program funded by an assessment on each gallon of propane gas. PERC is governed by a 21-member board appointed by the National Propane Gas Association and the GPA Midstream Association.

PERC's primary mission is to enhance propane safety and training through various programs.
