Openfit is a digital health and fitness platform that combines fitness, nutrition, and wellness into a single streaming service. Founded by Jon Congdon, it offers a variety of live and on-demand workouts, personalized nutrition plans, and wellness tracking to help users reach their health goals.

The platform features Openfit Live, which includes over 350 weekly live group fitness classes led by certified trainers. These classes are designed for small groups to provide real-time feedback and motivation. Openfit also has an extensive on-demand library with workouts led by celebrity trainers. Users can access the platform through its website and apps on iOS, Android, and Roku devices.

In addition to fitness programming, Openfit provides personalized nutrition plans and wellness advice, supported by nutritional supplements from its acquisition of Ladder, a company founded by LeBron James and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Openfit focuses on community and expert guidance, making healthy living accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
