Operation Blessing

Operation Blessing International Relief and Development Corporation (OBI) is a nonprofit, faith-based humanitarian organization founded in 1978 and based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Its mission is to alleviate human suffering both in the United States and globally through compassionate and locally-focused programs. OBI operates in over 90 countries, providing strategic relief where it is most needed.

The organization focuses on four core program areas: disaster relief, medical care, hunger relief, and clean water. OBI provides immediate and long-term assistance to disaster victims, conducts medical and dental brigades, addresses food insecurity, and implements clean water solutions for impoverished communities. It partners with local churches, ministries, and community groups to maximize its impact and serves low-income families, disaster victims, and communities in need.
