Nine Marks

9Marks is a Christian ministry focused on helping pastors, future pastors, and church members build healthy, biblically faithful churches. It emphasizes nine essential characteristics, or "marks," of a healthy church, which include expositional preaching, gospel doctrine, conversion and evangelism, church membership, church discipline, discipleship and growth, church leadership, prayer, and missions. Founded in 1998 by Mark Dever, the ministry aims to align church practices with New Testament principles.
