Mens Table

The Men's Table is an Australian non-profit community organization established in 2011. It focuses on providing peer-to-peer support groups for men, allowing them to share personal life issues in a safe and trusted environment. The organization began with a small group of men who met for dinner to discuss their experiences, leading to the creation of structured groups called Tables, each limited to 12 members to foster deep connections.

The Men's Table offers monthly meetings where men can share their feelings and experiences without judgment. It also hosts introductory sessions for new members and community events that connect men from different Tables. The organization emphasizes guiding principles that promote commitment, confidentiality, and emotional openness. With over 60 Tables across Australia, The Men's Table aims to improve men's mental and emotional wellbeing, providing a supportive space that encourages friendship and community connection.
