The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) is a private institution established in 1992, recognized as the largest medical college in the United States. It offers a holistic approach to medicine, focusing on the body's natural healing abilities. LECOM has graduated nearly 10,000 Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) since its first class in 1993 and operates multiple campuses in Pennsylvania, Florida, and New York, with plans for further expansion.
