Justice Connection is a nonprofit organization founded in January 2025 by alumni of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). It aims to support DOJ employees who face retaliation, harassment, or punitive actions while upholding the rule of law and constitutional principles. The organization serves as a network for DOJ alumni, working to protect the department's apolitical career workforce and maintain justice and legal integrity within the federal system.

The organization offers a variety of services, including pro bono legal counsel for employment and whistleblower issues, mental health assistance, media training, and job-seeking support for those affected by workplace challenges. Justice Connection also fosters a community of DOJ alumni, providing volunteer opportunities and training to help former employees assist their colleagues. Additionally, it advocates against harmful legislation and public narratives that threaten civil servants and the justice system. Justice Connection is fiscally sponsored by the Government Accountability Project, allowing it to receive tax-deductible donations to support its mission.
