Indiana Donor Network

Indiana Donor Network is a nonprofit organ recovery organization and accredited tissue bank based in Indianapolis, serving 85 of Indiana's 92 counties. Established in 1987, its mission is to save and enhance lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation. The organization employs over 325 professionals who coordinate the donation process, educate the public and healthcare providers, and support donor families.

The network facilitates organ donation coordination, tissue recovery, and cornea donation, helping restore health and quality of life for patients. It manages the Indiana Donor Registry, evaluates potential donors, and collaborates with hospitals to develop donation policies. Additionally, it provides grief support services to families throughout the donation journey. The Indiana Donor Network Foundation raises funds to support transplant recipients and donor families, while Donate Life Indiana promotes public education on donation and manages the official donor registry.
