Hoag Orthopedic Institute (HOI) is a specialized hospital and surgery center network located in Irvine, California, dedicated to orthopedic and spine care. It was established through a partnership between Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian and experienced orthopedic and spine physicians from Orange County. HOI focuses on optimizing musculoskeletal health by providing high-quality care, clinical innovation, and research specifically for orthopedic and spine patients.

The institute features a facility with 70 beds and nine operating rooms designed for orthopedic and spine surgeries. All physicians are Board-Certified orthopedic and spine surgeons, supported by a nursing staff trained in specialized care.
