Overview
Emerson's is an innovative Dunedin brewery producing a wide range of beers.
Richard Emerson began commercially brewing in 1992 in a quest to produce beers of the calibre available in Europe: full of flavour, in a range of styles, batch brewed with natural ingredients.
The company has grown over the years and now employs ten fulltime staff supplemented by several part timers.
Emerson's has earned many international and NZ awards. They were 2009 NZ Champion Brewery and won the Champion Wheat Beer trophy and five medals at 2010 AIBA (Australian International Beer Awards) in Melbourne.
