Overview

CHIRLA, the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, is a nonprofit organization established in 1986. It is dedicated to advancing the human and civil rights of immigrants and refugees, primarily in the Los Angeles area, while also having a national impact.
