Chapman Partnership

Chapman Partnership is a non-profit organization based in Florida, focused on ending homelessness in Miami-Dade County. Founded in 1992, it collaborates with the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust to provide comprehensive programs and services that empower homeless individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. The organization operates two Homeless Assistance Centers in downtown Miami and Homestead, serving around 800 residents nightly.

The organization offers a holistic approach that includes case management, on-site medical and dental clinics, early childhood education, and workforce development programs. It also provides additional amenities such as family dorms, cafeterias, and recreational facilities. Funding comes from a one percent sales tax on food and beverages at select restaurants, along with support from charitable foundations and individual donors. Chapman Partnership actively engages the community through tours and volunteer opportunities, aiming to foster involvement in its mission to support vulnerable populations and promote long-term housing stability.
