Canadian Taxpayers Federation

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) is a non-profit, non-partisan advocacy organization based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Founded in 1990, it aims to promote lower taxes, reduce government waste, and enhance accountability at both federal and provincial levels. With approximately 235,000 supporters across Canada, the CTF engages in various activities to influence public policy in favor of fiscal conservatism.

The CTF conducts advocacy campaigns, media engagements, and public education initiatives. It publishes *The Taxpayer* magazine three times a year and sends out regular e-mail updates and commentaries to keep supporters informed. The organization also mobilizes citizens through petition drives and events, while its regional offices conduct research to support its advocacy efforts. Additionally, the CTF has established the Centre for Aboriginal Policy Change to monitor and advocate for accountability in government spending related to aboriginal affairs.
