The Culinary Careers Program (C•CAP) is a nonprofit organization established in 1990 that focuses on workforce development for underserved high school students. It aims to empower youth by providing education, training, and mentorship in the culinary and hospitality industries. C-CAP operates in various U.S. regions, including New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago, serving over 20,000 students each year.

C-CAP offers a range of services, including hands-on culinary training, scholarships for higher education, internships, and job placement opportunities. The program also hosts culinary competitions, workshops on essential career skills, and provides mentorship by pairing students with industry professionals. With a mission to equip students with culinary skills and career guidance, C-CAP has awarded over $68 million in scholarships to more than 370,000 students, helping them pursue meaningful careers in the culinary arts and hospitality sectors.
