Benihana

Benihana is a well-known chain of Japanese teppanyaki restaurants, founded in Tokyo in 1945 by Yunosuke Aoki and expanded to the United States in 1964 by his son, Hiroaki "Rocky" Aoki. Headquartered in Aventura, Florida, Benihana operates 68 company-owned restaurants and 12 franchises across the U.S., Caribbean, and Central and South America. The company also includes one Samurai restaurant and 19 RA Sushi locations, making it one of the largest Asian restaurant chains in the U.S. by sales.

The dining experience at Benihana centers around teppanyaki, where chefs prepare meals on a steel grill at the table, creating an interactive and entertaining atmosphere.
