Team Beachbody, officially known as The Beachbody Company, Inc., is an American fitness and nutrition company founded in 1998 in Santa Monica, California. The company offers a variety of fitness programs, nutritional supplements, and health products. Popular fitness programs include P90X, Insanity, Turbo Jam, and Shakeology, a superfood-based dietary supplement shake.

Beachbody operates a multi-level marketing model, empowering independent coaches to sell products and provide support through an online community platform. In 2015, the company launched Beachbody On Demand, a streaming service that gives subscribers access to its entire library of workout programs. With a mission to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, Beachbody has built a strong community of approximately 1.5 million active members and reported revenues of around $570 million in 2022.
