After a lifetime of competing in athletics at the highest levels, I found myself transitioning into the world of acting and modeling while living in Los Angeles, California. The combination of these two physically-oriented pursuits has developed a unique lens through which I view the human anatomy and physiology, as well as the way every cog and moving part affect the performance of the body and mind.

My appreciation for the importance of nutrition and the purity of ingredients escalated exponentially a couple of years ago when I woke up in a hospital bed. I had a collapsed lung, seven broken ribs and severe compound fracture of my jaw broken in five places. I had been struck by a series of large vehicles in a hit-and-run accident, while crossing a busy street. As someone who has always made my living based upon my appearance and execution of demanding physical tasks, the outcome of this incident had far-reaching implications. I faced a journey of recovery ahead, but was determined that it would be brief and inspired. By approaching deep nutrition with reckless abandon. The most critical tool for healing my exterior was a hand-crafted blend of unique, specialized ingredients from around the world that I formulated myself. Thus, the Alitura Clay Mask was born.
