Ærth is an organic outdoor sauna space, a portal into presence.
Tucked into the rhythm of downtown Victoria, our edible landscape and flowing architecture follow the shapes of fallen leaves—wild, winding, and alive. We built Ærth into the land, making space for all beings (so that even the bees that are on the property can have their own food).

More than just a sauna, Ærth is a place to reconnect—with yourself, with others, with the elements. Our 90-minute sessions are designed as a journey—one that pulls you deeper into sensation, connection, and flow.

At the heart of Ærth is the ritual: heat, cold, rest, repeat. A cycle as ancient as we are, designed to wake up the body, sharpen the mind, and strip away the unnecessary. We have two 14-person communal saunas that foster deep conversation and organic connection, while our 8-person sauna holds space for private events and rituals.

Vitality isn't a product. It's a practice. That's why we offer drop-ins, punch passes, and memberships—because coming back, again and again, is where the magic happens.

We didn't build Ærth through force. It grew—naturally, wildly—shaped by those who believe in slowing down, embracing the unknown, and making space for the full spectrum of the human experience.
