Advocate Health Care

Advocate Health is a nonprofit, faith-based integrated health system based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Formed in December 2022 from the merger of Advocate Aurora Health and Atrium Health, it is the third-largest nonprofit health system in the U.S. The organization serves nearly 6 million patients across six states, employing around 155,000 teammates, including over 35,000 doctors and 42,000 nurses.

The system operates under various regional names and includes 69 hospitals and more than 1,000 care locations.
